  • Final confirmation, including updated cost and inclusions, will be shared with the customer before payment is requested.

  • Payment timelines will be communicated upon final confirmation. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in cancellation.

  • Full payment must be made only after final confirmation and before travel documents are issued.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by package and supplier (airlines, hotels, etc.).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to supplier rules and may be subject to deduction of applicable taxes, charges, and penalties.

  • Satvikease service fees, if applicable, are non‑refundable.

  • Satvikease is not responsible for delays in refunds caused by third‑party providers.

4. Travel Documents & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, insurance, and other required documents.

  • Satvikease is not liable for denied boarding, visa rejections, or missed flights due to incomplete documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Satvikease acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.

  • Responsibility for services lies with the actual providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies).

  • Satvikease shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, missed opportunities, or emotional distress.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid to Satvikease for the booking.

6. Force Majeure

  • Satvikease shall not be held liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

  • In such events, Satvikease will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives, but no refunds or compensation are guaranteed.

7. Taxes & GST

  • All holiday packages are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Government of India regulations.

  • Tour operator services currently attract GST at 5% (without input tax credit) or 18% (with input tax credit).

  • The applicable GST rate will be clearly mentioned in your invoice.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes as part of the final confirmed package cost.

8. Pricing Disclaimer

  • Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change until final confirmation.

  • Customers will be informed of any revisions before payment is requested.
