- At the time of booking: 50% of total package cost or applicable cancellation charges, whichever is higher (non‑refundable, non‑transferable).
- Within 30 days of departure (D‑30): 75% of full tour cost or cancellation charges, whichever is higher (non‑refundable, non‑transferable).
- Within 15 days of departure (D‑15): 100% of full tour cost.
- Note: Full airfare payment is required for issuance of flight tickets.
