Cancellations made 30 days before travel will incur a 25% fee, those made 15–30 days prior will be charged 50%, and cancellations within 15 days of departure will result in a 100% charge of the total tour cost. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, union issues, or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may be cancelled; in such situations, alternate feasible options will be provided, though cash refunds will not be available.
